I spent fifteen years as a restaurant manager / wine buyer before joining The Wine Company in 1998.
I enjoy eating at great restaurants in great cities around the world as well as eating freeze dried food on backpacking or canoeing trips in the deep wilderness. I enjoy drinking any wine that does what it sets out to do with integrity and admit to being partial to the wines of Europe.
