Lageder Pinot Bianco 2012
Pale lemon yellow with a watery rim with a scent of crushed seashells and the peach pit when the knife cuts right through. A citrusy mandarin peel appeal and yellow grapefruit zest to the acidity but a polish like poached apples calms these on the palate. Lordy this is good juice.
