Las Brisas Rueda Blanco 2011
Crisp citrus, orchard fruit and a subtle draw of enoki mushrooms, this is an appetizing white that is as invigorating as it is refreshing. With a grassy fresh personality this makes me think they might have splashed some Sauvignon Blanc into the traditional Verdejo of Rueda –and to good effect!
