Inama Soave Classico 2009
Initially the wine was too cold, the nose closed up but it opens nicely as it approaches appropriate serving temperature. In fact, it evolved continually over the time I wrote this note. Mostly it smells of straw on a warm day with fruit in ascendance, mostly pear. The flavours are fresh crab apple.
For all that the wines greatest merit is the very fine nature of its finish. Texas pink grapefruit flavour but not that fruit's acids. Very, very long with persistent flavour throughout.

Food Pairings
Things with Pesto. Pastas with seafood. Meatless pizza such as Quattro Fromaggi and Margherita. Any shrimp not deep fried.
