Inama Soave Classico 2011

Among the most fragrant Soave of the vintage, Inama conveys all the floral chamomile one can find nosing wines made of Garganega. The palate is the very picture of tension where plush stone fruit contrast with cool minerality and orchard fruit. What is really engaging about this Soave is that the telltale almonds (that reveal this to be Garganega) are so supple and sweet that this dry white finishes more charming and fragrant than ever and at 12% alcohol all the better for the table.
