Valentin Bianchi Sauvignon Blanc 2010
Beautiful straw gold color with bright highlights. Clean aromatics of melon, lemon zest, peach, and a touch of grapefruit but not a zooming citric-rush style. Rounder in aroma, and balanced. Taste is mouthfilling and melony, with good body and richness. Finish is clean and bright, but again not totally citrus driven. Yummy is the key word. Not New-Zealand like, not French like. An animal unto itself.
