Elsa Malbec 2012

I'm fresh back from Argentina with a small book of noes on Malbec so I'm perfectly primed to review this wine. Most Americans love Malbec but I think you should and will undoubtedly come to expect more from Argentine Malbecs. Red plums and apples in the nose, soft as always with blue berry and really ripe raspberry. 13% AVB.

Food Pairings

Fajitas, chili, spicy foods. Indian or Mexican. Beef, lamb or pork most anyway but especially on the grill. Burgers and sausages.
