Blacksmith Syrah 2005

94% Syrah 6% Tannat, the nose on this wine is blackcherry and smoky with doses of bacon fat, the Tannat brings a meaty flavor along with black fruit on the backside, hints of spice and a little vanilla make for a long wonderful finish.
