Blanchet Pouilly-Fume Vieille Vignes 2011
The grapes used for making this Pouilly-Fumé come from vines that were planted in 1961 and grow in Kimmeridgian marls.
This full-bodied, generous wine is the perfect match for scallops, pike in white butter sauce, and all white meats (poultry and veal).
