Paso a Paso 2012 Verdejo, La Mancha DO | 13.5% | 100% estate bottles Verdejo from Spain’s central La Mancha Denominación de Origen, this a crystalline white whose snappy scents of lime sugar and kiwis meld on a crisp but polished palate of these and orchard fruit. On the finish it bears a richness that rounds it out nicely and engages the whole palate in a swelling mineral impression that makes this more Verdejo than its peers and a fine luncheon white when a la carte means each will have their own and we therefore need a versatile little number like this.
