Bouchard Bourgogne Rouge 2013

Phenomenal appellation Burgundy, this shows Pinot Noir a la Bourgogne: raspberry, cherry, sassafras combine as one and take on further dimension with a spicy leafy green, a lovely texture, plenty of juicy fruity on the palate and mineral on the lifted finish. Light, bright, and true to type, appellation Burgundy seldom bears such character.

Food Pairings

Beef and chicken dishes, such as the region’s
famous boeuf bourguignon and coq au vin,
pork loin, hearty roasts and a variety of cheeses.
