Bulletin Place Cabernet Sauvignon 2008

The nose here has all the Australian cooked blackberry and spice you would expect with a surprising amount of green, herbal edge counter balancing the fruit. The mouth is medium bodied and echoes the black fruit again with a crisp minerality that keeps it clean and bright. -WB

Meat, meat, meat but especially lamb and beef. Game birds, duck, goose, squab. Anything with lots of rosemary.
