Bulletin Place Cabernet Sauvignon 2009

What a nose! Blackberry fruit is pure and poignant with a minty and rosemary high note that carries over the nose and onto the palate. This is juicy, appetizing, well-structured in a way that makes one water at the mouth. Good ripe tannins lend a textured structure that lingers on through the finish.

Food Pairings

Meat, meat, meat but especially lamb and beef. Game birds, duck, goose, squab. Anything with lots of rosemary.
