TASTING NOTES 70% CH, 30% PN, disg. 3/2016, it’s a roaring bellowing Club and I lost my heart to it. This wine always has a crazed minerality, and this one’s like a “normal” 2009 stretched taut, and someone flicked a switch on a machine that shoots a lightning bolt between two poles; it’s like phosphorescent, wailing, shrieking chalk, napped with a nage of lemon rind. —Terry Theise
