Haton Champagne Brut

Really active mousse, like a snow globe in the hands of a 3 year old. The nose is so gorgeous; one will occasionally make notice of baked bread but this is a magnitude beyond that. Lovely baked goods with almond paste. As light on the palate as a snow flake on the tongue; a delicious wine, freshly cut melon and, don't let this put you off 'cause its really great, a mimosa nuance. This is one of the great bargains in real Champagne.
