Chiarli Lambrusco Vecchia Modena 2011

Made from the finest variety of Lambrusco, the Lambrusco di Sorbara, this gently effervescent fair red Lambrusco is practically a deep rosé. Fragrant of brambly fruit and balsam and tasting of tart raspberries this is a dry, textural and snappy wine that charms with wild strawberry scents and an engaging tart cherry punch to the palate. This is certainly my next bottle with charcuterie and at 11% alcohol just makes it all the better for food pairing.
