Cline Syrah California 2010

Sustainably farmed the Green String Way this is a fragrant mouthful of Syrah unique to Sonoma County –with ample cracked pepper and floral plums but replete with the rosemary and lavender you might expect from the Rhone Valley but here it is fleshier and fruitier and more supple you might say. With a slight smoky note rising on the finish this be a wine for foods off the grill –even richly char marked.
