Cline Chardonnay 2019

Arnoux Blanc de Blancs Cremant de Bourgogne | 12% | Estate grown, sustainably grown and made in the traditional method, this 100% Chardonnay is both vinous and graceful with a fine mousse, persistent bead, a lifted brioche aroma and seashell minerality. In the mouth this permeates the senses with orchard fruit ranging from lemons to golden russet apples. Textural and bright, this is a wine that makes one lick their chops in anticipation for the next sip. Lees stirring for ten months in barrel lends much to the mouthfeel keeping the cidery apple fruit profile from running away with the wine. Instead its tang and cream keep its zippy acidity at its best behavior leaving us a wine of tense balance. A welcomed addition to our sparkling stable.
