Flaco Cabernet Sauvignon 2018

Cabernet Sauvignon produces wines of intensity and depth of flavour. Classically, these flavours are cassis, plum, black cherry and anise. Herb, olive, mint, tobacco and cedar are often associated with Cabernet Sauvignon wine, as well. From Navarra’s gravel over a bedrock of clay and limestone, Cabernet Sauvignon is among the best from Spain with an emphasis on pronounced black currant fruit.

Food Pairings

Meat, meat, meat but especially lamb and beef. Game birds, duck, goose, squab. Anything with lots of rosemary.
