Cary Potet Montagny les Reculerons 2008

BEAUTIFUL! Floral crystalline flowers, freshly cut pineapples -sap and verve. Touch of a waxy note to the texture of a palate rich with fragrance. Lemon rinds, bruised apples -almost like a still Champagne in structure, flavor and handsome character. I'm gutted that the Cary Potet will cease to release wine after the children did not wish to take up the mantle of their father -absolute grief. Enjoy it whilst you may. 13% alcohol by volume
