Drouhin Chassagne-Montrachet Blanc 2018

Honey dipped lemons, almond pastry cream, and toast draw you into the nose. The mouth is in a crisper, more typically Russian River style than the nose. Still rich and spicy but framed by nice acidity and more caramel apple than in the nose. This is a pretty super bottle of California Chardonnay. -WB
