Fattori & Graney Soave Class 2011

Almonds, tangerines and mandarins quickly lure one onto a palate echoing these but then also fleshing out into notes of pears and firm stone fruit like peachy apricots. That sought after nuance of a bitter almond finish comes through ensuring us this is in fact 100% Garganega as Soave must be. A fleshier Soave than some, perhaps it is because these hail from late harvested vines more than 20 year old. Yes! Another 12.5% alcohol wine fit for the table!
