Fattori & Graney Sauvignon 2011

Pale straw hue and very clear. A very exuberant and forward nose with tarragon, grass, bitter melon, and fenugreek. Fresh, clean and bright in the mouth. Wonderful mineral core around a pretty fruitful wine.
13% ABV.

Perfect with seasonal cuisine rich in vegetal elements. Ideal with asparagus and field herbs served in risottos. Excellent with spinach and ricotta flan.
