Fattori & Graney Soave Class 2012

Fattori 2012 Danieli Soave | 12.5% | Firm ripened mango, pears and a fresh stone fruit someplace between peaches and apricots –with that sweet almond on the finish reveals this to be 100% Garganega grown in Soave –in this case from 20 year old vines grown in the vulcanic hills of Terrossa and Roncà. There is a mineral almost graphite charm to the structure of this snappy white that makes for a delightful glass of wine.
