Grilled meat and smokey aromas. This wine has beautiful balance between acids and tannins and is exceptionally structured and focused. Juicy red plums, black cherries and black pepper flavors.

The tannins are ripe and bold, with the finish packed full of blackberry, raspberry, soy and dried herbs that show fine persistency."

Very versatile. The better cuts of lamb. Most any meat braised or stewed. Game birds and poultry, especially duck.
