Enrique Foster Malbec Reserva 2007
Enrique Foster Malbec Reserva 2007: (ABV 14.5%) From vines planted in 1919 come a wine that smacks of experience and wisdom. Total black fruit color of deep, dark magenta. A serious nose of earthy tobacco and a dense, lovely mouth full of ripe black cherry, cinnamon and sweet tannins. Really a surprisingly intese, chewy and thoughtful wine at an incredible value.

Spends 1 year in oak after being fermented in stainless, 90% French and 10% American, the barrels are medium toast to help maintain freshness of fruit. A light purple colored wine that shows some oak in the nose. Very classy and sophisticated with a rich mouth feel. Dark red fruits with a long silky finish.
