Girardin Puligny-Montrachet Blanc Vieille Vignes 2010

This is among the most sensual white Burgundies to behold I assure you. Should you remember the sweet scents of human bodies at their best, such is the evocative aroma that charms my first impression of the nose. Other more familiar Puligny notes then surface beginning with that sap unique to great Chardonnay planted to magical plots of land. Faint pineapple top notes peek in and then a body of orchard fruit rounds it out.
