Hakutsuru Excellent Sake 6/1800 - 2575

This sake I prefer warm, though it shows well chilled. Refined and fresh, but with a draft rice aroma and feel, I’d pair this with not only Japanese cuisine, but with Western dishes too – especially those with a mayonnaise based sauce. -SL

Sashimi but not sushi. Shrimp even deep fried. Clams, scallops, oysters raw or cooked.
