Emilio Moro Ribero del Duero 2008
Deep, rich, intense and somehow elegant all at the same time. Refined tannins and tangy acidity perfectly balance a complex mixture of black fruits, asian spices and toasted oak notes. The full finish lingers just long enough to make you want to do it all over again. I think I will. - MJ
