Saint Croix Vineyards Delaware 2011
Here is a semi-sweet wine that smells and tastes of apple blossoms and apple peels, those sweet little champagne-grapes and candied lime peels. This is an intensely fruity white made from Delaware (named for its town in Ohio) widely held as America’s highest quality wine grape. Fragrant and fruity, this echoes on the finish in a bright uplifting way.
