Saint Croix Vineyards Orchard Reserve - Apple Wine

Sweetly floral, and of course apple-y, but not merely apple-y. It is well-rounded. Mildly aromatic, spicy, sweet and tart at once and has a soft and lactic texture -it isn’t too acid or “cidery.” A solid effort. -BH, April 2009
