Jacuzzi Barbera 2010
Fantastic color with cherry cough drop at the edges and more black at the core. Aroma is pure Barbera but without a big spike or lift -- you have to hunt for the aroma a bit -- but layers of cherry and black raspberry along with a hint of clove (once it's discovered). Taste is bright with typical Barbera acid lifting the red fruit. Finish is long and wonderful. The wine comes together, but late in the finish and ends with a nice bang. Pretty incredible wine for the price.

Food Pairings
Tomato sauces on pasta or pizza especially spicy or meaty. Barbecued anything especially ribs and chicken. Burgers and brats.
