Javillier Aloxe Corton 2011
The nose is terrific...the black cherry fruit of Aloxe with some cinnamon and nutmeg. Certainly appealing fragrant and the mouth is likewise. A bit fleshier than I expect of the; nice surprise. The fruit is sweeter than I remember from the barrel samples I tasted in February. Coming along nicely. 13% ABV.
