Coltibuono Chianti Cetamura 2017

Coltibuono 2012 Cetamura Chianti | 12.5% | 90% Sangiovese 10% Canaiolo | What a delightful Chianti of cherries and fruits of the forest, of black tea and violets. The palate is crisp of crunchy red fruit and textured by fine grained tannins but marked by a refreshing charm to the whole. On the finish I love this brown spice of cinnamon and clove that beckons for antipasti and young cheeses. It seems Familia de Medici can do no wrong –even this stainless steel fermented, nonchalant Chianti is absolutely charming. The dry summer of 2012 only concentrated this all the further –enjoy!
