Gustave Lorentz Reserve Pinot Gris 2010
Organically certified –dead on dry Alsatian Pinot Gris without being sweet –not melon and floral but mineral and structured with fine edged fruit. An Alsatian Pinot Gris that shows bright delineated architecture rather than the plush flush of father south –this is delightful.
