Marco Felluga Merlot 2010
Deep ruby core and fair with beautiful garnet rim. The nose bears a pronounced plum compote and blackberry liqueur; a serene Merlot in a high cheek boned charm. Warm brown spices –cumin, coriander and currant leaf pervade the palate and a moderate alcohol is seamlessly integrated proving a classically lined, age worthy Merlot of fresh alpine undergrowth not earthen duff of decay –this is living!
