Louis Michel Chablis Butteaux 2019

A Chablis of lemon zest that’s curlicue and dancing on the palate –of mossy green, fresh ferns, faugeres, floral heights and fresh raw pineapple juice that is more a fragrant texture than any bit sweet. 100% Chardonnay entirely fermented in stainless steel tanks to paint a true portrait of Butteaux, this is lithe and limber and just the sort of cool Chablis to define the sangfroid of the Premier Cru. Another shining example of why Chablis belongs forefront in mind and in your glass every day.
