Morisfarms 2013 Mandriolo Dry Rosé, Maremma Toscana | Imported by The Wine Company | 13% | White cherry scents and a fragrant burst of fresh, firm watermelon join with a ruby grapefruit acidity that is sweet scented but crisp and nervy. This rosé is made by the fine folk at Morisfarms entirely from Sangiovese which with its fresh and frisky structure makes for a delightful rosé to be sure with plenty of texture and dimension to pull up its chair to a fine dinner party or else simply go down (all to easily) on a sun soaked patio anytime you please. Every time you please!

Seriously anything tomatoey sings with Sangiovese, pizza and pasta to be sure. Sausages, chicken, gazpacho. Bread salad.
