Mount Eden Saratoga Cuvee Cabernet 2005
75% Cabernet, 11% Merlot, 10% Cab Franc, 2% Malbec and 2% Petit Verdot. Farming is all sustainable, all natural yeast is used, both American and French oak is used, a very small vintage. The nose has aromas of black fruits; some raspberry and black currant in the mouth, soft tannins on a medium long finish.

Meat, meat, meat but especially lamb and beef. Game birds, duck, goose, squab. Anything with lots of rosemary.
