Novelty Hill Roussanne 2011

100% Roussanne that spent 7 months in neutral oak casks –as defined by winemaker Mike Januik as more than two years old. Beautifully balanced structure is both invigorating and engaging with melon fruit, orchard fruit and a nuance reminiscent of waxy lemon rinds. Roussanne is an exceptional white variety for its pronounced fragrance, full fruit and for all its body: grace. A lovely glass of white to sip down until it is finished or match with roast poultry or seared pork.
