Novelty Hill Viognier 2012
Chiefly Viognier this bears all the apricot and peachy stone fruit, 5% Roussanne lends a stroke of bright structure and a more nimble texture keeping this Viognier uplifting, mandarin and gently floral both polished and invigorating with a fragrant finish. From the first vineyard in the region to be registered Salmon Safe. 95% Viognier and 5% Roussanne this spent 7 months in neutral oak casks –as defined by winemaker Mike Januik as more than two years old.
