Oxford Landing Sauvignon Blanc 2013

This is a fine example of the diversity of this varietal; it is so appreciative and reflective of it's site. To that point, the nose is not so grassy, lime-like as New Zealand nor profound as the Loire; this nose has a sweet floral and ripe fruit tone. There is a sweetness to the flavors as well but a citrus zest that wraps it all up quite charmingly. A creature onto itself, the wine requites itself very well. 11% ABV.
