Paso a Paso Verdejo 2011

Chalky mineral apricots always lift the spirits and this Verdejo has them in full force. On the palate this is fleshy stone fruit and lemon zest. For such a nimble white, this proves to have a considerable body that balances all the crisp zesty snap and finishes rich like fresh ripened pears.
