"This wine is 85% Pinot Meunier, and it’s awesome! Need I say more to pique your interest? Cederic Moussé is also one of the kindest, coolest, most enthusiastic guys I’ve ever met. The family has been growing here in the far upper reaches (boondocks) of the Marne Valley since 1650. Moussé is an organically farmed self-sustaining winery running on solar power with its own spring fed water source. Cederic is the only member of the Special Club to make his top wine from 100% Pinot Meunier. Did I mention this wine is awesome?"

This beautiful cuvée was created by Jean-Marc when he first joined the business. He loved old champagnes and wanted to share his passion via the Cuvée Noire Reserve.

Blanc de Noirs | A non-vintage champagne comprising 40% reserve wines, the blend is 85% Meunier and 15% Pinot Noir

A good-looking champagne boasting millions of tiny, persistent bubbles. Aromas of plums and stewed mirabelles are apparent on the nose along with a touch of brioche and other pastries. Notes of orange peel and of torrefaction add to the fullness on the palate before the long, sustained finish.

The grapes for this champagne come from 4 villages: Cuisles, Jonquery, Châtillon sur Marne, and Vandière
