La Vieille Ferme Rose Box 6/3L

La Vieille Ferme (The Old Farm) always and I mean always suprises me with just how delicious and balanced their rosé is every year. From the Côtes du Ventoux in the south eastern Rhône, this little number is made of Grenache and Cinsault. Some vintages they add weight and flesh with some Syrah but I completely agree with this year's choice to leave it out; this is just the way I want a Spring and Summer rosé to be. It shows vibrant fruit, enticing herbal high notes, and a bright and balanced structure checking crystalline cherry and strawberry fruit with a thirst quenching acidity.
