Poliziano Vino Nobile di Montepulciano 2008
Elegant and well structured. Deeply layered notes of roasted fruit, especially plum and blackberries. Dried herbs, vanilla and sweet oak lead into a long satisfying finish that will only get better with time.

Expert Review
92 Points - "A dense, muscular red, displaying concentrated cherry, plum and earth flavors. This is also supple in texture, with underlying dusty tannins. Very suave and long. Drink now through 2020. 15,000 cases made."

Food Pairings
Seriously anything tomatoey sings with Sangiovese, pizza and pasta to be sure. Sausages, chicken, gazpacho. Bread salad.
