Prieler Blaufrankisch Johanneshohe 2010
Sassafras and thick skinned cherry with an enormous amount blueberry blackberry fruit that open onto a meaty, ferrous richness, ripe, open knit tannins and a fragrant finish. Great food friendly Blaufrankish with milder acids than any past vintage.

Food Pairings
Think of the elegant end of Pinot Noir foods; salmon, veal as in Oscar or Blanquette de Veau. Chicken and game birds.
