Tending the 70 acres handed down by his fourth great-grandfather, Jean-Michel is intimately familiar with Vouvray and its chalky tuffeau soils which is why this demi-sec Vouvray is balanced and bright, punchy and yet graceful with a citrusy beeswax fragrance and ample orchard fruit flavor –locking our gaze with its nervy, engaging acidity.
