Recougne Bordeaux Blanc 2011
75% Sauvignon Blanc and 25% Semillon marry the two in pleasant portions that showcase each variety but also unite in a way that compliments the other. The Sauvignon Blanc brings with it the crisp, bright, citrusy fruit but the Semillon hints at the rich textural Semillon a waxy chalk mineral. Delightful.

75% Sauvignon Blanc and 25% Semillon. The aromatics show some white pepper and fennel. A medium bodied wine with good minerality, crisp, dry wine finishes fresh and clean, great match for poultry dishes.
