At Brolio, the lavishing of special care and strict adherence to tradition are the benchmarks in the production of this “true Vin Santo” produced purely with dried indigenous Malvasia del Chianti grapes. Amber in color, with a honey, liquorice and tobacco nose. Complex palate with notes of coffee, honey and sultanas.
